Promise of Spring Fairy - Norma Burnell Digi in Copics

"Just as the bird sings or the butterfly soars, because it is his natural characteristic, so the artist works."     Alma Gluck

Copic markers, Elizabeth Crafts Dies, Norma Burnell digi image, white gel pen, purple and blue glitter card stock

Norma Burnell creates the most beautiful fantasy art images with  loads of detail and interesting elements. It's a little intimidating trying to figure out where to start my Copic coloring, but it doesn't take long to get in the zone and the project comes together before I know it.

I used a lot of blue on this beautiful Spring Fairy image because it's my birthday recipient's favorite color. I sized the layered Anna Griffin frame in Cricut Design Studio to 5 x 7 and cut it out of lavender and blue glitter card stocks. The Elizabeth Crafts butterfly die cut is layered in vellum and blue card stock layers with blue iridescent pearls for the body.

It can be Spring any time of year in Copic Land.  That's why I visit there so often!

Thanks for visiting.
Go forth and create something beautiful.
Nancy
